Terms of Service

Welcome to linkai.one ("Website"), operated by VISIONULAR PTE. LTD. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.

3. Service Description

Link AI is a multimodal AI generation API aggregation platform that provides access to various AI models for image-to-image, text-to-image, text-to-video, and image-to-video generation through a unified API. We aggregate and provide access to third-party AI models and do not develop the underlying AI models ourselves.

4. User Content and AI-Generated Output

You may upload, submit, or transmit content ("User Content") through the Service, including images and videos as inputs for AI generation. You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, transmit, and temporarily store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Subject to compliance with these Terms, you own the rights to the output generated by the Service using your inputs, to the extent permitted by applicable law. However, AI-generated output may also be subject to the usage terms of the underlying third-party model providers. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the output complies with all applicable terms and laws.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that your use of the Service does not violate any third party's rights.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, transmit, or distribute any content that:

5.1 Pornographic and Sexual Content

  • Sexually explicit or pornographic material
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Sexual content involving or depicting minors in any form

5.2 Hate Speech and Violence

  • Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Graphic violence, gore, or content glorifying violent acts
  • Terrorist or extremist content

5.3 Deepfakes and Deceptive Media

  • Realistic depictions of real persons without their explicit consent ("deepfakes")
  • Synthetic media intended to deceive, defraud, or manipulate public opinion
  • Impersonation of real individuals for malicious or fraudulent purposes

5.4 Content Involving Minors

  • Any content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors in any way
  • Any generated imagery depicting minors in inappropriate, sexual, or violent contexts

5.5 Intellectual Property Infringement

  • Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Unauthorized reproduction of protected works

5.6 Misinformation and Fraud

  • Deliberately misleading or false content intended to deceive others
  • Content designed to facilitate scams, phishing, or fraud
  • Fake news or disinformation campaigns

5.7 Other Prohibited Conduct

  • Violating any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems
  • Interfering with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Using the Service to develop competing products or services
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service
  • Using automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

6. Content Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right to review, flag, and remove any content that violates these Terms. Violations may result in:

  • Removal of the offending content
  • Warning notice to the account holder
  • Temporary suspension of account access
  • Permanent termination of the account and forfeiture of remaining credits
  • Reporting to law enforcement where required by law

7. Purchases, Credits, and Refunds

The Service operates on a prepaid credit system. You may purchase credits to use for AI generation tasks. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains active and in good standing.

In the event of account termination due to a violation of these Terms, any remaining credits are forfeited and no refund will be issued.

8. API Usage

Access to the Service via API is subject to rate limits and usage policies. You are responsible for securing your API keys and are liable for all activity conducted with your keys. You must not share, publish, or expose your API keys in public repositories or client-side code.

If you exceed rate limits or usage thresholds, your API access may be temporarily throttled or suspended. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before or when such limits are reached.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, trademarks, and original content (excluding User Content and AI-generated output), is the property of VISIONULAR PTE. LTD. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service.

10. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas ("Feedback"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use such Feedback without compensation, attribution, or restriction.

11. Third-Party Models and Services

The Service aggregates access to AI models provided by third-party vendors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or availability of any specific model. Model availability, capabilities, and pricing may change without notice. We are not responsible for the output produced by third-party models.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VISIONULAR PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VISIONULAR PTE. LTD. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including Sections 5, 7, 9, 12–14, and 16–17).

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Website.
