Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 10, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Link AI platform ("Service") operated by VISIONULAR PTE. LTD. ("we," "our," or "us").

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of credits on Link AI are final and non-refundable. Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another account.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Credits are delivered instantly upon successful payment
  • Credits do not expire
  • Unused credits remain in your account balance indefinitely
  • No partial or full refunds will be issued for unused credits

2. Billing Errors

If you believe a charge was made in error (e.g., duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or incorrect amounts), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at support@linkai.one. We will investigate and, if the error is confirmed, issue a correction or refund at our discretion.

3. Service Disruptions

If a significant and prolonged service outage directly prevents you from using purchased credits, we may, at our sole discretion, offer account credits as compensation. This does not constitute an obligation to provide refunds.

4. Account Termination

If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service, any remaining credits in your account will be forfeited and no refund will be provided.

If you choose to delete your account voluntarily, any remaining credits will be forfeited. Please ensure you have used your credits before requesting account deletion.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account. We encourage you to reach out to us directly to resolve any billing concerns.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
